Gradebook Improvements
We have added new features and modified existing features to the Gradebook for an enhanced user experience.
- Gradebook Assignment Preview
- Change to “Not attempted” / “Not assigned” when CSV or Excel files are exported
Gradebook Assignment Preview
This feature allows the teacher to preview the assessment that was given to the student or submitted by the student while navigating within the Gradebook.
STEP 1
To access the assignment preview from the Gradebook, we simply need to select the assignment we want to access by clicking on its name.
STEP 2
The assignment will open in preview mode.
Change of "Not attempted" / "Not assigned" to 0% when a CSV or Excel file is exported
We have made a modification to the files downloaded from the Gradebook so that values indicated as “Not Attempted” or “Not Assigned” are set to 0%, making them easier to export to the LMS.
STEP 1
To download the files in CSV format, we need to access the Gradebook and click on the download icon.
STEP 2
Once downloaded, upon opening them, we will see that the values marked as NA/NA in the Gradebook have been converted to 0.
