The Impersonate feature
The Impersonate feature gives teachers the ability to mimic the login session of a student, and view their platform in the same way that the student views it. This can be helpful to troubleshoot problems and to have a better understanding of the student perspective while using The KWL Hub. An example of when you may need to use this feature is to validate an issue reported by your student or to see what the student is currently working on.
How to use this feature:
STEP 1
Go to the Students section inside My Roster.
STEP 2
Select the student do you want to enter as and select the option “Impersonate”.
STEP 3
Then, you will see the same as the student selected.
Caution:
Please note that any actions performed during the impersonation of this student will be reflected in their profile (e.g., completing assignments, reviewing a book, submitting or attaching a file…).
STEP 4
To go back to your original profile, just click on the option “Switch to original account”.
